We believe our longevity and continued success in a fickle industry is down to two main factors. Firstly, ECL has retained its independence and is still owned and managed by the same three directors who established the firm back in 1993 and who between them have over 60 years experience in the IT arena. Secondly, we have a loyal customer base built on our commitment to providing old-fashioned attention to detail in a highly modern, technical and challenging marketplace.

Whilst acknowledging Microsoft's excellent range of networking and desktop solutions, we are quite possibly the only established IT service provider in South East Essex who can provide and support networks driven not only by Microsoft products such as Windows 2003 Server, Exchange Server and ISA Server, but also Novell Netware and related products such as Groupwise, as well as LINUX. As part of our continued commitment to developing and improving ECL, the company purchased and moved to new premises on the Wickford Business Park in early 2005. Our new home has provided us with the perfect stable environment to further grow the company and develop the services we can offer our clients.
